EliteCareMedical Staffing Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled RegisteredNurse to join our Emergency Department team at a Level 5 TraumaCenter in Rugby ND. The ideal candidate will be responsible forproviding highquality care to patients with various medicalemergencies including strokes and STEMIs. This position requiresthe ability to work independently initiate IVs and demonstrate astrong commitment to patientcare.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Providecomprehensive nursing care to patients in the EmergencyDepartment.
  • Assess plan implement and evaluatepatient care based on individual needs.
  • StartIVs and administer medications asprescribed.
  • Monitor and document patient statusand responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate withphysicians midlevel providers and other healthcare teammembers.
  • Participate in emergency procedures asrequired.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environmentfor patients and staff.
  • Support continuousimprovement initiatives in patientcare.

Qualifications:
  • CurrentRN license in North Dakota or compactstate.
  • Required certifications: BLS ACLS ENPC(PALS preferred).
  • Previous emergency nursingexperience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinkingtime management and communicationskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpacedenvironment.

WorkEnvironment:
  • Level 5 Trauma Centerwith 4 ER beds and 2 Trauma Bays.
  • Patient loadaverages between 615 patients per day.
  • Staffingincludes midlevel providers (NPs) available inhouse24/7.
  • Charge Nurse serves as Patient CareCoordinator with backup assistance to Med/Surg whenneeded.

ShiftInformation:
  • Schedule: Selfschedulingwith guidelines for 12hour shifts (6:45 PM 7:15AM).
  • Weekend Requirements: 2 out of every 6weekends.
  • Holiday Requirements: Every otherholiday.
  • Call or standby requirements onlyduring low patientvolumes.
