Our client a leading UKcorporate company established over 100 years is seeking anexperienced Head of Professional Standards to deliver a worldclassexperience to their clients. Working remotely within the UK youwill lead the Professional Standards team and play a pivotal rolein shaping the professional qualifications assessments and routesto senior management courses. This role will drive continualimprovement and innovation in assessments ensuring adherence toprinciples of validity transparency reliability and fairness. Youwill also be responsible for aligning these efforts with our clients broader business plan andKPIs.

Headof Professional StandardsResponsibilities:


1.Examinations &Assessments:

Lead the design delivery and innovation ofprofessional qualifications assessments andaccreditations.

Oversee examination papers moderation processes andaccreditationprocedures.

Manage external exam platforms and coordinateexaminationboards.

Collaborate with accreditation committees and overseeappeals and delegatecases.

Develop and implement assessment workflows andtechnologies to ensure bestpractice.

Ensure data compliance and quality standards acrosscandidate and assessorrecords.

Support syllabus reviews course updates and identifyopportunities forgrowth.


2.QualityAssurance:

Ensure academic quality and compliance withaccreditationbodies

Serve as the primary contact for quality assurancematters ensuring alignment with institutionalstandards.

Foster strong working relationships with internalteams external assessors and governingcommittees.


3.Financial & TeamManagement:

Oversee financial planning and budget management forthe Professional Standardsdepartment.

Report to senior management on financial performanceand recommendimprovements.

Lead and mentor a small team driving theirdevelopment and ensuring alignment withgoals.






Requirements


Headof Professional Standards Qualifications &Experience:

Businessrelated degree or equivalent work experiencewith at least 5 7 years in a management education or professionalstandardsenvironment.

Proven experience in leading course designdevelopment and quality assuranceprocesses.

Strong stakeholder management financial acumen andproject managementskills.

Proven leadership experience with the ability tomotivate teams and manage resourceseffectively.



Location: Remote withoccasional travel to the Londonoffice.

Hours: 35 hours perweek
