Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education to join us as Entry-Level Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons, helping students to achieve their full potential and fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons across various subjects and year groups
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
  • Support students with special educational needs or disabilities in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback on their work

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers
  • Previous experience working with children or young people preferred but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
