Role Overview: As a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, Covering multiple classes through the day as well as PPA cover, working under the guidance of classroom teachers to deliver high-quality education to our students. Lead and deliver planned learning activities under the guidance of classroom teachers, supporting students' academic progress across various subjects and year groups.
Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, utilizing your expertise to enhance learning experiences and engage students.
Relevant experience working in an educational setting, ideally as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or with experience in a similar role.
Qualified to at least Level 4 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (e.g., Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies to support student learning.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning in a dynamic school environment.
