Due to our continued success we are looking for a Satellite Manager to join our business. The Satellite Manager will be responsible for managing the satellite site and personnel based there with support from the Branch Operations Manager and the Rental Team based at the hub site.

Here's a flavour of what you would be doing:

  • Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is achieved within the location.
  • Managing all staff employed at the satellite location
  • Acting as a receptionist for visiting Company personnel, drivers and customers and attending to visitors promptly
  • Drafting reports, letters and emails and compiling other information as required
  • Compiling information from customers to update the system database
  • Performing regular audits on filing systems to ensure that rental documentation is complete, customers’ insurance documentation is valid and up to date, and ensure fuel receipts are logged up to date

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Vehicle rental experience
  • Management skills
  • Good administration and typing skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A pragmatic and adaptable attitude
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and make well informed, considered decisions
  • A driving licence would be advantageous
