About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our branch and sales management team to deliver profitable growth and outstanding customer service to our target market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and manage branch and area budgets in conjunction with business managers to achieve sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
  • Communicate our service proposition, target markets, and customer service ethos to all staff.
  • Support and drive group sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor and promote health and safety, ensuring adherence to our company's health and safety policy.
  • Manage recruitment processes and day-to-day staff management, monitoring compliance with relevant systems and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge and network of electrical suppliers and contractors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of wholesale and distribution of electrical products.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead by example and head up your own profit centre.
