Job Description7.5t Driver

Driver Provider UK Ltd aim to be the standout agency in a crowded market, we aim to be the gold standard recruiter for the transport sector.

We are currently recruiting 7.5-ton drivers for multi drop deliveries.

You will be required to deliver to multi-site retailers, or smaller local independent retailers & merchants, or house builders.

Rate: 16.50 Pounds per hour

MONDAY - FRI DAY- ONLY

Job Responsibilities

  • To be aware of the following day’s journey including the route of delivery and allowing for any timed drops

  • To check load items, security and all necessary equipment and paperwork to enable completion of drops

  • To check the vehicle in accordance with the drivers daily check sheet and to take action as required before departure

  • To unload goods at the customer’s premises safely, efficiently and always in a considerate and polite fashion taking into account the care and attention for the general public at all times.

  • To adhere to transport legislation and take Work time and driving breaks in accordance to the rules in place

  • To be aware of the legal load capacity of the vehicle to be driven

Licence/Certifications

  • Driver CPC

  • Tacho
