Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 7.5T vehicle to collect and deliver packages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and efficient handling
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card), and CPC accreditation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to lift, load, and carry packages
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
