We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural Support Coordinator to join a dynamic Secondary School in Weymouth.

Role Overview: As a Behavioural Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Pastoral Staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with behavioural challenges.
  • Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with SLT and Pastoral teams to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting support plans as necessary.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: September
  • Work Hours: Full-time, 8:15am to 3:15pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
