Job Introduction
Agincare Enable are excited to announce their continued growth into the Dorset area with a new supported living property in Dorchester.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our new service users. Our service users are people with autism, learning disabilities or complex behaviours, and so this role could be perfect for someone new to care who may have supported family members of friends or those who have previous experience in other support needs and are looking for a change.

The new property is in an excellent central location near amenities such as Dorchester train station, high street and local museums.

**About the Role**

In this role you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will help the service users with daily tasks and help them access as much of the community and local area as they can such as attending clubs and using local leisure facilities, or even just going out for a coffee. This role is likely to require some weekends and some sleep in shifts.
