We are looking for Data Steward for CRM initiatives to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and to oversee customer data quality and governance to unlock CRM utilization and outcomes. The purpose of the role is to ensure data analytics power every IFP decision through delivering trusted analytics and insight that enable data driven decision making at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities include:
Facilitate a customer experience (CX) transformation initiative by overseeing customer data quality and governance for a new unified CRM system.
Partner with global, IFP and Digital Technology Solutions teams to understand value drivers and translate them to define a future-state data model that supports standardized CX processes, customer definitions, and data sources.
Lead CRM Data Governance Efforts: Establish and enforce data quality standards at a global level, working with IFP CRM data leads to implement, maintain, and adjust as needed.
Influence longer-term strategic decisions related to customer data, CRM functionalities, usage and outcomes.

You will also need the following qualifications:
Proven experience in data infrastructure and / or data management.
Deep understanding of CRM data and its utilisation to drive business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.
Experience in the Agile ways of working
Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers, other functions with credibility
Ability to create and communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format
This person will also be able to prioritize issues and opportunities, allocate resources and manage effectively in a matrix environment.
