About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing learning management systems, handling training provider submissions and exams, preparing and processing learner packs, utilizing company systems and processes, managing translations and compliance training materials, generating data reports, providing logistical support, and supporting the admin process for our eLearning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives, including setting up curricula, questionnaires, classes, and courses
  • Generate data reports on course registration and delivery
  • Prepare and process learner packs, such as attendance reports, and exam reports, and credit learners in our learning management system
  • Utilize key business systems and processes, including our learning management system, document management system, and compliance management system
  • Assist with translation management and coordination
  • Manage compliance training materials, including approvals and medical reviews
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with the admin process for our eLearning platform
  • Manage training provider submissions and exams
  • Oversee our team intranet
  • Handle knowledge and content management
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems; experience with learning management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization
  • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis
  • Experience with translation management and coordination
  • Prior administrative support experience is preferred
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in our learning management system
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
