Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the production strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategy, while optimising overall performance and quality, cost, and time-line indicators.
- Direct and optimise the production organisation, respecting cost, quality, and time-line constraints. Ensure the alignment between production potential and workload.
- Develop production budgets, including production capacity, investments, raw material consumption, and staffing needs.
- Evaluate the performance of different workshops and production processes.
- Manage, supervise, and lead production teams (500+ people), while ensuring a stable and motivating social climate.
- Provide regular reporting on production performance to the operations and general management.
With an engineering degree, you have at least 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, preferably in high-tech or automotive fields.
You must have in-depth knowledge of printed circuit boards and electronics. You demonstrate proven skills in team management, project management, and process optimisation. You are proactive and a source of proposals, and your analytical mind and pragmatism will be key to your success in this position.
