We're looking for a General Manager for the Hand and Spear in Weybridge. The pub is located a stone's throw from Weybridge station, which makes it the perfect stop for commuters, and has a large car park beside it which gives it huge opportunity to be a destination pub. The pub comes with 12 bedrooms, perfect for those who are exploring leafy Surrey or catching a flight from nearby Heathrow or Gatwick the next day. We're looking for a General Manager with fresh food experience to develop the business and grow the reputation for food in this beautiful pub. Please note that this is a Live-Out position.

We are looking for a creative &entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, foodfocused pub. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomygiven to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team tosuccess. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and apro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop yourteam to ensure they have theknowledge needed to delight our customers. Youwill also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we canoffer ongoing development tosupport you as you grow and succeed with us.
