Office Manager - Mancheseter
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our our large high rise residential scheme based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator as well as having experience of Social Value.
Key responsibilities:
Administration Duties Make up New Starter Packs Photocopiers – ordering/recycling toners, meter readings etc Approving supplier invoices / reconciling invoices Assisting the Social Value team First Aider (refill first aid boxes) / Fire Marshall Managing the day to day requirements of the office, to include monitoring cleaning, supplies, etc. Material requisitions and managing GRN’s Occasional use of 4P Meeting / greeting and organising meeting rooms, visits, etc. Compliance reporting e.g. CSR KPI’s General office admin duties You will be: Happy to be based in the office full time Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Good written and verbal communication skills Friendly and professional manner Problem solver Flexible and adaptable Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise and plan What’s in it for you: 26 days holiday (Opportunity to purchase a further 5 days leave through our holiday purchase scheme) Bike to Work scheme and much more
