Job Description

Your Responsibilities To coordinate, document and carry out analysis (where applicable) of incoming samples across various laboratories. Responsible for goods in/out. To follow Laboratory Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure consistent and reliable results. Maintain equipment to ensure it is fit for purpose and organize/coordinate maintenance with contractors. To assist in the maintenance of the food/beverage laboratories. Ensure good housekeeping practices following cleaning schedules, GLP and GMP, maintaining a quality system of documentation. Work to a high standard of safety and cleanliness. To be responsible for own personal safety and that of people working in the area. Liaise with other departments to insure process interruptions are kept to a minimum. To undertake various Lab tasks as directed. To assist in maintaining stock levels. To prepare food/beverage samples as required for internal and external use. To coordinate and carry out analysis of samples including taste testing of finished product. To input recipes on the SAP IT system.
Your Profile 5 GCSEs grade c or above, including maths & science Good Laboratory Practice experience, if possible Spoken and written English UK/EU driving license Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel) Undertake some physical activities Applies safe working practice Interest in food/drink beneficial Being proactive  Your Future Perspective Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models Room for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path.
