Main duties of the job
Lead our Clinical Team and Be the Driving Force Behind Our Mission
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager (RGM), you'll be the driving force behind a new established clinical team, leading and inspiring them to increase their skills and knowledge. Your leadership will ensure that our clinical goals not only align with our vision but also focus on safety, exceptional client experiences, and sustainability. Expect some travel during the training period as you play a key role in seamlessly coordinating our services.

You'll be the champion of continuous improvement, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client care. By setting the highest standards in clinical practice, you'll be the gold standard everyone aspires to. Your collaboration will help forge strong partnerships with our Operational and Clinical departments, crucial for our success. If you've got experience in clinical management and leadership, know how to motivate a team to deliver outstanding client care, and hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery PIN, we want you on our team
