We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day, evening and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.

What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant:

Competitive Pay:  £13.50/hour Stable Hours:  Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay. Minimum 2-Hour Visits:  Ensuring quality time with clients. Local Shifts:  Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage. Comprehensive Training:  Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support. Supportive Environment:  A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants. Career Growth:  Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion. Benefits:  Paid holidays and pension for all staff.

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

· Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Help with meal preparation and medication reminders

· Assist with light housekeeping and errands

· Support clients with mobility and physical activities

· Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members

· Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
