Purpose of the role:

To support the Club Shop & eCommerce Manager with growth in our Retail department and actively contribute to the Operation. The purpose is to increase and grow revenue from the Club Shops and Online ensuring the Club delivers a focused sales and marketing strategy to achieve budgeted revenues. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Club Shop and eCommerce Manager to ensure a focused sales effort to achieve agreed sales targets and financial goals.
  • Support the Manager with supervision of the Club Shop Retail Assistants at both clubhouses.
  • Manage the day to day running of the Club Shop at Woodcote Park and the Online Club shop.
  • Manage the Club’s Online Shop to keep relevant and up to date, including photography, content, and stock.
  • Achieve the budgeted revenue targets and bottom subsidy as approved by the Board in the annual financial budget plan.
  • Support the Manager with stock count, receiving of deliveries, ordering of stock, invoicing and adding stock to systems.
