The Malone has just rebranded and has undergone an extensive refurbishment of the bar, restaurant and wider hotel.

We have an opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant with bar experience to join our growing team

It’s an extremely exciting time to get on board. We are a locally owned, boutique 4* hotel where your personality and originality will have a chance to shine

About The Role

Main tasks and duties

·     To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;

·     To serve and deliver food and drinks to customers;

·     Excellent customer service;

·     To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;

·     To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;

·     To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;

·     To ensure effective communication to management and peers;

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Bar experience
