Upfront planning is critical to the success of any build event and this role will be responsible for carrying out these activities.
When issues are identified during the operations of this role, it will be the responsibility of this team to ensure that these are appropriately flagged, tracked and closed out in a robust manner that not only protects the current build events, but also encompasses the prevent reoccurrence vision to ensure continuous improvement in build preparation activities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Work proactively to track emerging issues and then work with the build planning and programme teams to ensure timely resolution of said issues
• Utilise JIRA inputs to flag and track issues for the team and ensure workstreams are aligned and tracked in the propulsion domain
• Work on programmes through AWR process, organising the team and escalating concerns through JIRA tickets
• Ensure ongoing build through kit launch readiness and leading the resolution of any parts issues
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Experience in a similar role where you have managing multiple tasks simultaneously and have a track record of successful delivery with impact
• Experience in creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and associated delivery
• Excellent IT package skills
• Experience in Agile project framework
• Knowledge of the JIRA system
