We are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Media Specialist to join our busy Digital team. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire (offering hybrid) Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

The Role

To effectively plan and measure digital performance media for optimal return on investment

Responsibilities of the Digital Media Specialist:

• Utilise the digital performance media channels to build full-funnel media plans that deliver brand objectives
• Manage media plans that maximise sales return & profit against A&P investment 
• Measure, track, report & optimise A&P effectiveness and ROI
• Build digital media plans (YouTube, Display, Programmatic, (Affiliates) which raise awareness and increase the pool of targetable shopper
• Build digital media plans (SEM, Affiliates) that drive traffic to our sales channels and trigger them for purchase
• Work with the brand teams to build relevant, SEO optimised content on our sales channels that maximises our search rankings & dwell time
• Build digital media plans (Social, SEM, CRM) that retarget primed shoppers and efficiently convert them to a sale
• Maximise any promotional messages that are planned on our channels

Knowledge, skills and experience of the Digital Media Specialist: 

• Degree calibre with post graduate depth of business understanding
• Proven (2 years +) commercial experience in a branded / FMCG business 
• Expertise in digital marketing
• FMCG operational understanding and cross functional experience
• Proven track record of working with strong brands and digital media campaigns
• Strong personal tenacity and resilience to ensure that goals are achieved

• Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire (Hybrid / Flex Working)

• Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
