**The Role**:
In this key position, you will independently manage a spectrum of marketing operations and campaigns. Your role is pivotal in crafting visually impressive social media graphics and editing video content that reflects our brand's professionalism and dedication to service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Self-manage daily marketing tasks and spearhead creative campaigns that drive business growth.
- Design engaging social media content, possessing a special knack for platforms like TikTok, Youtube, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Forge and maintain positive relationships with both compliance teams and mortgage advisers to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise effectively with external partners including marketing agencies, printing companies (like instantprint), and other vendors to deliver high-quality marketing collateral.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro and Illustrator) and Canva for professional-grade design work.
- Coordinate the creation of tangible marketing materials that make a lasting impression.
- Manage event planning activities, collaborating with local businesses to enhance community connections.
- Confidently oversee website management via WordPress and CRM System management with Smartr365.
- Showcase excellent time management, deadline adherence, and robust communication abilities.
- Maintain enthusiasm for financial products and a keen interest in the evolving mortgage industry landscape.
- Efficiently handle multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring each is executed to the highest standard.
- Understand the order, priority & delivery of each campaign an adhere to deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Essential_
- Equivalent to/Similar to a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role within a small to medium sized business
- Demonstrable proficiency in digital content creation and graphic design tools.
- Experience with event coordination and promotional material production.
- Knowledgeable in website and CRM systems management.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Desirable_
- Some experience in the Financial Services industry (however not essential - experience in this role within a small/medium business is more relevant)
