Job summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant who has a keen eye for detail, is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and has the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to members of the Divisional senior management team in the Mental Health Service.

Main duties of the job

The successful post holder will have experience in coordinating administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and confidentiality. There will be an expectation of providing appropriate, effective high-level support as you act as a gatekeeper and the first point of contact. Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner, as you take responsibility for setting up and maintaining office systems & procedures within the Mental Health Division senior management team. You will be part of an ever-growing team and will learn so much in this great development opportunity.
