At Pollock (SCOTRANS) Ltd , we have a vacancy for a Class 1 Night Trunk Driver based at our Hamilton Depot.

To become part of the Gregory Team, we need our Drivers to have the following:

A valid LGV UK Driving Licence. A valid UK Driver CPC Card. A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card.

The position of Class 1 Night Driver involves:

This will involve double person trunking, delivering and collecting goods to customers using a curtain side vehicle fitted with a tail lift. Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security. Using a hand held PDA to complete daily vehicle checks. Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations. Attending regular training sessions.
