  • Manage key customer accounts.
  • Monitor and develop customer relationships.
  • Proactively upsell products when chatting to clients.
  • Processing sale orders and quotations.
  • General administration duties.
 About you:
  • Previous Customer service/Account Management experience.
  • Skilled in Office and CRM.
  • Experience working within construction/engineering/manufacturing environments
