To reinforce our Warehouse Team at MESM (Avantor Clinical Services), we are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator . At MESM we provide a global service tailored to our customer’s individual needs whereby we will source medical equipment for their study and offer options for hire and purchase. In addition we will manage and monitor the equipment through full life cycle management.
 

KEY TASKS – MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

You generate the calibration certificates for new equipment and make sure they are uploaded in the system and stored the correct way You will make sure old, paper certificates are scanned and uploaded correctly into the system and also certificates that are sent through e-mail as pdf documents You will check each day the demand for products from our hire fleet of equipment, as part of this you will also liaise with our in house engineering department with regards to making the product available for them to be placed on test You assist the Stock Controller with weekly PI checks and annual stock checks in their absence. When required, you assist the team with goods in, returns, dispatches and the movement of product to and from in house engineering following all laid down procedures You ensure that you adhere to safe working systems and the ISO 9001 processes and highlight any potential hazards to your line manager. You ensure that the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy manner and that all waste is disposed or recycled correctly.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

You are a teamplayer and are willing to learn You have strong organisational and accuracy skills. You have excellent professional communication skills – written and oral. You have very good MS Office skills. You have efficient administration skills with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
