Rate ofPay: 22.62 29.62 per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out Multiskillied works agreed asinstructed by the Supervisor on Responsive Planned Empty Homes HighValue Repairs or Capital Repairs to an excellent standard uponcompletion.
  • To plan and organise workload tomaximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers.This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs andensuring as far as practicable that all appointments and targetsare met.
  • To promptly inform a schedulerplanner/supervisor of any unanticipated problems or delays thatmight impact on appointments for that day so that work can berescheduled.
  • To provide regular updates andinformation to supervisors/scheduler planner team and othercolleagues to assist with ordering of materials planning andscheduling of work.
  • To report any follow on orrelated repair works identified with the customer where thesecannot be completed during the visit providing sufficient detail toensure an accurate further works order is raised on thesystem.

Qualifications:

  • Recognised C&G Apprentice trained inMultiskilling NVQ level3
  • Multiskills training to a minimumof NVQ3 or a willingness to be trained to the standard ofrequirements needed when employed byLBI
  • Demonstrates theability to organise your own workload appropriately prioritisingordering necessary materials and plant and working unsupervised forlong periods of time

  • Youshould be available to work immediately or at a shortnotice.
  • You should have right to work inU.K
  • This role requires anenhanced DBS
