The role

We are currently looking for 2 Multi-Skilled Joiners to join the Lancashire Team.

The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers. You will also perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by the manager.

You will be competent in at least two of the following trades, one of which must be Joinery:

  • Joinery (Essential)
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Groundworks
  • Roofing
  • Glazing

The right fit

  • You will possess an NVQ level two qualification in a core trade (or equivalent), a level 3 is desirable
  • Prior experience working with a housing associate preferred.
  • You’ll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll be able to plan and prioritise workloads, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
  • You’ll have strong customer service skills as you will be dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
  • You’ll have a full awareness of relevant H&S requirements
  • You’ll hold a full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check is required for this role
