About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing repair and improvement work safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by the manager.
  • Be competent in at least two of the following trades, one of which must be Joinery: Joinery, Plastering, Plumbing, Tiling, Groundworks, Roofing, and Glazing.

Requirements

  • Possess an NVQ level two qualification in a core trade (or equivalent), a level 3 is desirable.
  • Prior experience working with a housing associate preferred.
  • Be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to plan and prioritise workloads, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
  • Have strong customer service skills as you will be dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
  • Have a full awareness of relevant H&S requirements.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check is required for this role.
