Liaise with Planners in the Central Planning Cell (CPC); the Duty Shift Manager (DSM) and Team Leaders (TL) to agree the maintenance plan to be executed. Administer and manage technical investigations to ensure timely resolution. Utilise the SAP Maintenance Management System (MMS) and other IT applications in order to inform and develop the workload plan. Ensuring SOROS is accurate at all times. Review of all defects and correct coding in SAP in line with IEP contractual obligations. Participate in the daily conference calls & planning meetings. Act as the SAP super user for the TMC.
