Check opening stock on nominated kiosks record kiosks stock sheet.
Carry out random temperature checks and ensure records are maintained.
Ensure the supervisor checks and signs all relevant documentation.
Transferring stock to various kiosks when requested, ensure all transfer notes are completed.
Ensure all food items are served at the correct temperature, presented to a continual high standard to the customer.
Check catering outlets at the end of service for cleanliness and complete any subsequent cleaning required.
Ensuring correct hygiene handling (processing) of food items is maintained.
Any other duties that are of reasonable request.
Experience is essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Being friendly yet professional.
Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
Good attention to detail and punctuality.
Being proactive is key.
