You will be a Band Registered Nurse with recent and up to date clinical experience in an acute setting. Ward is a general medical ward and is supported with a team of consultants, specialist nurses, and experienced nurses, we strike to work as a multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
