This position will be involvedin the entire process of new deal origination structuring and andplay a supporting role to the Corporate Banking RelationshipManager within the Business DevelopmentDepartment.

Responsibilities:
  • istCorporate Banking Relationship Manager to develop new businessesfor theBank;
  • Workon due diligence ysis Credit Proposal preparation client onboardingand facility funding etc. for newtransactions;
  • Followthe Bank s internal process to achieve the successful closing ofthe team s dealflow;
  • Contributeto business development and actively promote the Bank s products totargetedclients;
  • Haveregular updates with key industry contacts to keep abreast of themarkettrends;
  • Playa vital role in the covenant & post lending monitoring ofthe Bank s existing loanbook;
  • Workon periodic reviews and nonperiodic reviews of the existingportfolionames;
  • Liaisewith counterparties (including but not limited to local branchessister branches and head office) and ensure all deadlines aremet;
  • Adhereto regulations legal obligations and data protectionrules;
  • Developss required for account planning client pitching and crosssellingand gain initial experience in clientownership;
  • Familiariseand in compliance with the Bank s various policies;and
  • Anyad hoc work as igned by your line manager and departmenthead.


Requirements
  • Bachelordegree or above in economics accounting finance business orlegal.
  • Aminimum of 13 years relevant work experience in a similar role inthe financial sector ideally in a commercial/corporate bankingenvironment;
  • Haveexceptional communication and time management ss be able to workunder tightdeadlines;
  • Attentiontodetail;
  • Competentin building rapport trust and effective relationships with internaland externalstakeholders;
  • Resultoriented and can dospirit;
  • Ableto work in a small team with a positive and cooperativeattitude;
  • Willingto embrace new cultures break down barriers and challengecomplacency;
  • Mandarinproficiency is anadvantage.


Bachelor degree or above in economics, accounting, finance,business or legal. A minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experiencein a similar role in the financial sector, ideally in acommercial/corporate banking environment; Have exceptionalcommunication and time management ss, be able to work under tightdeadlines; Attention to detail; Competent in building rapport,trust and effective relationships with internal and externalstakeholders; Result oriented and can do spirit; Able to work in asmall team with a positive and cooperative attitude; Willing toembrace new cultures, break down barriers and challengecomplacency; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
