JobSummary:

Lead on the management of multiple housingrefurbishment contracts/projects ranging from 150k to 25 million.Lead on housing refurbishment contractsprocurement.

KeyDuties/Accountabilities(Sample):

To deliver and manage majorcapital workscontracts

To undertakecontractor mobilisation regular contract management meetingsvaluations and payment certificate process variation review /signoff and finalaccount.

To writecapital works specifications to be used in the procurement ofworks.

To applytechnical expertise to understand complex issues in constructionengineering and maintenance in the delivery ofprojects.

To carry out onsite visits in respect of post inspections or to provide technicaladvice

Residentsatisfaction with the quality of works carriedout.

Ensuringinvestment delivers value for money and is in accordance withbudget and procurementapprovals.

Ensurestatutory and regulatory obligations are met whereapplicable

Additionalinformation tonote:

5 years of planned/capital works surveyingexperience in housing refurbishmentcontracts

5years management of 8 technical staffmembers.
Candidatemust have Local Authority or Housing Assn. clientside housingrefurbishmentexperience
