Rethink are looking for an experienced and passionate Mental Health Support Worker to work as part of our inspiring Team at Albany House, Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Albany House is an eight-bed nursing care home, for people living with a mental illness. We offer support and recovery services. We work on a focused outcome support system where we support individuals to develop and maintain skills, such as daily living, finances education and employment. The home is located within walking distance to local amenities and Stratford upon Avon town centre. Service users are encouraged to attend local events and take part in local community life.

How you will make a difference

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.

  • I am a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn
  • I can demonstrate behaviours consistent with the values of the Charity.
