About the Role:

As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers and providing individualized support to children aged 3 to 5 years old. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and contribute to their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Providing one-to-one assistance to children who require additional support.
- Assisting with classroom management and creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to assess children's progress and tailor support as needed.
- Promoting positive social interactions and fostering a love for learning among children.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine love for working with young children. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in an early years setting or similar role (desired but not essential).
- A caring and nurturing nature, with a genuine desire to support children's growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- A commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
