About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Early Years Learning Mentors. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and providing individualized support to children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Providing one-to-one assistance to children who require additional support.
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to assess children's progress and tailor support as needed.
  • Promoting positive social interactions and fostering a love for learning among children.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting or similar role (desired but not essential).
  • A caring and nurturing nature, with a genuine desire to support children's growth and development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • A commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
