What you'll be doing

As the Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of regional administration in a proactive manner, using your network and judgement to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will support and plan the effective and timely delivery of projects or trials as assigned by the regional manager, ensuring business implementation. Additionally, you will identify key issues, risks, and actions to support regional objectives, reporting progress effectively to the regional manager for prioritization. Building strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of business change. Your role will involve reviewing and analysing store and regional performance against KPI measures, identifying areas of opportunity and organising coaching as required. You will also coordinate and facilitate team meetings to foster regional team development, while managing any issues or queries raised to the regional manager and preparing communications in a timely manner. Proactively maintaining key talent documentation, managing administrative activities such as diary management and scheduling, and supporting with travel planning will be among your responsibilities. This regional role requires flexibility and willingness to travel across the region.

As the Regional Administrator, you are a highly proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing all aspects of regional administration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. With your strong ability to adapt to new situations and solve problems quickly, you consistently create simple and future-proof solutions that align with internal and external thinking. Your knowledge of retail operations, change management, and agile ways of working enables you to effectively support the delivery of operational goals within the region. With your excellent judgement skills and data-driven approach, you identify key issues, risks, and opportunities, reporting progress concisely to the regional manager and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. Your strong communication and facilitation skills allow you to engage and confidently communicate with individuals at all levels. Additionally, your well-developed problem-solving capabilities, meeting facilitation, and coaching skills contribute to the overall success of the region. Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region are essential for this role.
