OVERVIEW 
 Looking for the next step in your hospitality career? We are looking for aChef de Rang to take on the role of section leader within one of ourrestaurants.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
As Chef de Rang, you will act as section leader of the restaurant,supporting the management team to strive to create unforgettable diningexperiences for our guests, always going that extra mile.
You must be dedicated, with a passion and flair for service, coupled with apositive 'can do' attitude.
You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with yourexceptional service skills and sparkling personality. You will be acommitted team player who enjoys working as a team, providing a memorable guestexperience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
You will be courteous and have confidence to look after our guests to a highstandard, providing a 5* service at all times. 
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated associates to deliverimpeccable service
Oversee a designated section of the restaurant, ensuring seamlessoperations
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a flawless diningexperience for our guests
Train and mentor team members to uphold our high service standards
Handle quest enquiries and resolve any feedback promptly andprofessionally
Have a good all-round knowledge of food and wine, goodcommunication skills and a passion for the industry are a must. 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide ateam

This role is varied with no two days the same. This is a fantasticopportunity to progress from this section leader level role tosupervisor, manager and beyond, within the development of The CelticCollection

Host venue of the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, the Celtic Manor Resort is one of Europe’s finest destinations for luxury escapes, family breaks, special occasions, golfing getaways and business events.
