You will be accountable for the commercial supply chain activities, aligned to a specific internal customer group, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved, balanced with achieving working capital targets.

This is an integrated commercial supply chain role, incorporating Demand Planning, CMO Supply Planning and Inventory Management and in this role you will collaborate closely with all key functions along the value chain.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Lead the demand management process for your customer group for all their product portfolio requirements as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process Collaborate with the commercial organisation to ensure demand plans accurately reflect latest market intelligence and assumptions Define the planning parameters for your portfolio in collaboration with Group Supply Chain Own and be accountable for your SC master data To ensure CMO supply plans are in place that support both customer service and working capital objectives Be the subject matter expert on NPD processes/ launches within the Supply Chain Planner team

A solid foundation of supply chain planning and in addition, demand management experience ideally in the FMCG and\or pharmaceutical sectors. Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers, acting as the interface between commercial and in-house supply, ensuring collaboration around demand and supply, balancing service, inventory health and operational efficiency Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
