Are you an experienced Supply Planner? Maybe you have worked as a Demand Planner or Supply Chain Coordinator and are ready to make your next move

We are looking to recruit a Supply Planner to join an impressive group of companies in the North West. Working across two of their sites in West Yorkshire, you’ll need a full, clean UK driving licence.

As Supply Planner, you’ll be liaising with Sales and the Customer Service teams to gather information to develop short-term supply plans.

**About the job**
- Your focus will be on developing short term production plans and creating and maintaining the critical path.
- You’ll be responsible for conducting weekly goods reviews, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring you have a grasp on production requirements for the coming week.
- You’ll regularly monitor internal supplier performance, e.g., creating reports and contributing to supplier reviews.
- You will deliver service whilst minimising stock levels.
- You’ll ensure you have a handle on the flow of products to and from suppliers recognising lead times.
- Working closely with the sales team to obtain the relevant sales information to create the forward demand plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement looking for ways to streamline processes and practices.
- You’ll be covering two sites in the Huddersfield area so being a driver with a car is a must.

**About you**:

- Previous experience within a Textile Manufacturing business would be preferable.
- Knowledge of piece dye processes would be highly desirable.
- You’ll be able to demonstrate your excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be professional, passionate about what you do and possess excellent communications skills.
- You’ll have a flair to negotiate and influence others.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are strengths of yours.
- This is a busy and sometimes demanding role, and therefore requires someone who can work under pressure and manage several priorities effectively.
- You will be naturally driven and strong in character.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - in particular Excel and have a strong understanding of MRP/ERP packages or similar.
