Deputy Manager - Residential Care

Salary: £30,000

Full-time Days

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our client's residential care facility. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring high-quality care for elderly residents. This residential home has a Good rating with the CQC.

Day-to-Day
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential care facility
  • Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring they deliver person-centered care to residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of residents
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and promote a safe and inclusive environment
  • Support the Manager in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet the holistic needs of residents

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an elderly care setting (Residential setting)
