Job Opportunity
How you will make a difference as a CCTV Operator in the Security Operation Center
Observe, Report & Document unusual activities
Fire Control - manage on-site fire alarm incidents
Update Systems/Databases accurately and timely
Dispatch Officers to secure access areas
Answer Multi-line Phones & dispatch security via radio
Initiate Emergency Calls - 999 & other services
Prepare Written Reports with precision
☎️ Answer Phones Promptly & Courteously
Respond to Alarms & notify appropriate response teams
Participate in Professional Development
️Undertake any further responsibilities outlined by your manager
Essential Skills
- Right to work in the UK, 5 year checkable history and pass a high level of security clearance
- SIA frontline licence and CCTV licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic first aid certification
- 1 - 2 years experience of working in a Security Operational Centre role
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and able to multi-task
- Considerable knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Excellent organisational, customer service and communication skills
- Handle projects responsibly and have a flexible approach
