Agrowth marketer is responsible for driving customer acquisitionengagement and retention for a company or product. Their main goalis to increase revenue and customer base by implementing strategicmarketing initiatives that help the company achieve sustainablegrowth.
Thekey responsibilities of a growth marketerinclude:Conducting market research to understand customer needs preferencesand behaviors. Developing and executing marketing campaigns across variouschannels such as social media email marketing paid advertising SEOand content marketing Coown key metricsacross the customer journey i.e. user onboarding user activationuser engagement/ retention and conversion. Analyzing andinterpreting data to identify trends insights and opportunities foroptimization and growth Setting andtracking KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams such as product sales and design to ensurealignment and synergy across all marketing efforts Experimenting withnew ideas techniques and technologies to continuously improve andinnovate marketing strategies Staying uptodatewith industry trends and best practices to remain competitive andrelevant in the marketplace The idealcandidate for a growth marketer role should have a solidunderstanding of digital marketing data analysis and customerpsychology. They should be creative analytical and resultsdrivenwith excellent communication and collaborationskills.
Specificcriteriarequired:Theideal candidate should come with 4 years of experience in GrowthMarketing and Product Marketing. It would be added advantage ifthey have worked with a B2C product startup that has seen scale.Should have demonstrated success in driving and completing multipleprojects simultaneously and setting priorities in a fastpaceddynamic environment. Should have a solid understanding of digitalmarketing data analysis and customer psychology. They should becreative analytical and resultsdriven with excellent communicationand collaborationskills.
