About theRole:
- Design anddeliver engaging and informative Performing Arts lessons across allyear groups incorporating elements of drama music anddance.
- Cultivate a stimulating and creativelearning environment that fosters a love of performancecollaboration and selfexpression.
- Guidestudents in developing their performance skills technical abilitiesand understanding of the performingarts.
- Prepare students for success in externalexaminations (GCSE ALevel asapplicable).
- Collaborate with colleagues in thePerforming Arts department and contribute to schoolwide productionsand events.
The IdealCandidate:
- Possesses aQualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a relevant Performing Artssubject (Drama Music Dance) or a combination of thesedisciplines.
- Demonstrates a strong passion forthe performing arts and a captivating teachingstyle.
- Excels in communication interpersonalskills and classroom management within a diverse learningenvironment.
- Fosters a positive and inclusivelearning environment that celebrates diversity and individualcreativity.
