We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Assistants to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Sleaford area.

You will be supporting end of life children, young people and adults with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much needed support and respite.

We have full time and part time roles available, working 7-3 shifts or 3-10 shifts.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
