Circet UK are looking for a Regional Transport, Stores & Logistics Manager in UK South.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage company fleet across the UK South. All legal requirements and Fleet requirements to be met on all owned/hired vehicles.

Weekly Hire cost & control – Ensure full utilisation and charge out of hired and owned vehicles to projects on weekly basis.

Driver Files – Build files for all drivers and all training records kept on transport system.

Periodic reviews of Hire companies and transport suppliers to ensure value and consistency of product and service, no vehicles to be issued unless compliant with Circet vehicles standards & template.

Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

Using Circet’s in-house stock management systems to allocate reports on stores and materials issued, materials received, livestock auditing (job numbers, site references etc.)

Supervising, coaching, and training of workforce under their control.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

CPC qualified or working towards accreditation essential.

Strong, and extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, financial and budgetary governance, transport, warehousing, logistics, supplier / partner management, forecasting and materials management.

Proven record in working confidently and effectively across multifunctional teams, to ensure customer and contractual business requirements are met in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Understanding of Telecoms, specifically working with clients such as OR, Alt Nets, Virgin Media, Vodafone etc would be advantageous.

Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently.

CBC experience, transport & operations management.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organisational skills.

Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives
