What you’ll do
The Global Vodafone Cyber Security team to ensure that Vodafone safeguards it's customers and critical systems against Cyber Attack. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Security Monitoring and Analytics domain who are responsible for globally running SOC tooling across the entire Vodafone footprint. We are just embarking on a large scale Data modernisation programme, where the successful candidate will play a critical role in the detection, analysis, and mitigation of Cyber security threats to Vodafone and its customers, whilst at the same time leveraging cutting edge technologies surrounded by a really great high performing team.
Objectives
Define, modify and manage Technical Architectures for all platforms within the SMA domain Ensure that all architectures align to the SMA Objectives and wider business priorities/strategy Define and ensure that technical guard rails are in place for all platformsResponsibilities
Responsibility for Technical Architecture relating to Platforms and Services within the Security Monitoring and Analytics domain Ownership of the HLD, Tech Strategy for the Platforms Work closely with Domain Lead, Internal and external functions to promote, negotiate and create Architectures that meet SMA Technical strategy Provide Technical/Architectural Governance alongside other CP Technical Architects/Specialists to align technologies and sign-off
Who you are
Skills and Qualifications
Apprenticeship or Degree Qualified in Computer Science, Cyber and/or Engineering Discipline Deep technical experience in the following SMA related Technologies:SIEM, SOAR/Automation Tooling, TIP, Analytics, Ingestion Architectures, Data Management/Big Data etc.CI/CD, Git, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Python etc.Working knowledge of automation and workflow toolingKnowledge of SRE processes Excellent Stakeholder Management
