Visualsoft is seeking a Paid Search professional to join as an Associate Paid Search Executive...could that be you?

This position can be based on a hybrid basis at either our Stockton, Newcastle or Manchester City Centre offices.

As an Associate Paid Search Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of Visualsoft's Paid Search marketing services. Your responsibilities will include supporting Account Directors in the implementation and delivery of exceptional digital marketing campaigns. You will need to be flexible in adapting your working style to meet the diverse needs of clients across various sectors.

You will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, overseeing the execution of work and day to day communication with support from the wider team.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and support all marketing campaign activities including briefs, design, implementation, delivery reporting and strategies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your clients' products, market, branding, tone of voice, target audience, and competitors in order to create high performing and impactful campaigns on their behalf.
  • Undertake day-to-day tasks for Account Directors including; checks on budgets, performance, feeds, product IDs and audiences. Also, search query reports, and gathering data used for monthly performance reports, strategy meetings and seasonal audits. Providing Account Directors with feedback on data findings and any recommendations.
  • Attend calls and in-person client meetings, supporting the Account Director when required.
  • Managing client queries by liaising with the relevant colleagues to offer the most appropriate solutions and escalating efficiently when required.
  • Logging your work promptly and accurately using Visualsoft's campaign/project management tools.
  • Contribute to activities across the department such as Visualsoft reviews and client case studies.
  • Contribute to the happiness of the client portfolio, as evaluated by NPS & CSAT scores.
  • Maintain the highest standards of digital marketing implementation and execution.
  • Constantly strive to improve and maintain processes and procedure documents.
  • Identify and deliver client training where relevant and required.
  • Recommend ways to improve the efficiency of task execution and implementation across the client portfolio.
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices, innovations, technologies, and emerging trends in digital marketing.

  • Experience in ecommerce.
  • Experience in other digital media channels.
  • Google Analytics.

  • Experience in writing data driven reports.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Knowledge of the wider digital marketing landscape including other marketing channels, platforms, tools and emerging industry trends.
